Tuna Steak marinated in ginger ,chilli, garlic and soy. Flame grilled and served with stir fried vegetables in a sesame oil and chunky olive oil chips

Sea Bass
Two fillets Pan fried in a lemon and caper butter. Served with chips and our house gourmet salad.

Kangaroo or Ostrich Fillet
Flame grilled and served with a red wine and redcurrant reduction.
 

Matured Rib Eye Steak
With saut�ed mushrooms, grilled vine tomato, olive oil chunky chips spicy onion rings and our house gourmet salad

Fillet Steak
