Having been
passionate about cooking since the age of thirteen and having worked in some
of the most prestigious
Paris hotels Chef Juan provides a 'gourmet adventure' for you from his
eclectic cuisine.
The menu is changed
every month in order to use fresh seasonal ingredients and provide that all
important variety of choice. The ice-creams, pasta, chocolates, puff pastry, sweets and even the daily
breads are all home made by Juan!
The Restaurant is Open
Wednesday to Saturday and Bank Holiday Weekends
